What is the difference between ISEF World and ISEF Forms?
ISEF World is the platform for a growing set of research services. ISEF Forms is the first service: a connected workflow for preparing your research forms, evidence and signatures.
Will I work with the official forms?
Yes. ISEF Forms uses the official PDF documents in its forms library. Your project answers help determine which forms belong in your plan. Always confirm the current requirements with your fair and review committee.
What can AI help with?
Gemini can explain public checklist questions and, when enabled, review saved research text for unclear or conflicting details. Findings point to source fields and remain suggestions for human review. Completeness, evidence and signature checks are handled separately by the platform. Provider eligibility terms apply.
Does AI receive my uploaded files?
The current research review sends selected saved text after identity redaction, not raw uploaded files or signature images. Processing may occur outside Saudi Arabia, and free-text redaction may not remove every identifier. Read Privacy & terms for details.
Do signers need an account?
People invited to sign can use a dedicated signing link and access code. They can read the project brief and complete their signature without a full workspace account.
How do I access my workspace?
Sign in with the account provided by your organization. If you have an invitation, follow its link to set up your access. There is no public self-registration.
